The Brooklyn Synth Expo completely sold out this year, which meant a spectacular turnout as this was the first time they charged admission. The audience felt so focused on buying and exploring serious gear, and both the Kurzweil K2061 and ESI Xsynth generated excellent feedback!
The K2061 impressed attendees with its sound quality, fast loading, and deep functionality. Many younger players had never heard of Kurzweil, and after its heritage was explained and it was clarified that it is a true synthesizer and sampler, everyone was more than impressed!

Even as a smaller setup, the X-Synth had constant interest. People praised its sound quality and portability—many called it “the little synth that sounds huge.”
