THE CREATION STATION BUNDLE GIVEAWAY – OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

  1. Eligibility: The Artesia Pro “Creation Station” Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Artesia Pro, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

  2. Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Artesia Pro, located at 1308 Magnolia Ave, El Cajon, CA 92020.

  3. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Entrant (“You”) agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements.

  4. Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on July 6, 2026 10am PST and ending August 31, 2026 5pm PST.

  5. How to Enter: 

    • To enter via Instagram: Follow the official @ArtesiaProMusic Instagram account, “Like” the official giveaway post, and leave a comment [Optional: tagging one (1) friend]. 
    • To enter via Facebook: “Like” the official Artesia Pro Music Facebook Page, and “Like” or comment on the official giveaway post.
    • Limit one (1) entry per person per platform. Multiple entries from the same person using different or robotic accounts will result in disqualification. 

  6. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): > A total of one (1) winner will be selected. The prize is as follows: 

    • The Winner will receive (1) The Creation Station Bundle (including the Artesia a-22XT USB Audio Interface, AMC-10 Cardioid Condenser Mic, AMH-11 Studio Headphones, and a 12-month subscription to AVID Pro Tools Artist software). Total ARV of prize: $359.00 USD.

    No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Artesia Pro’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Note: Because the prize does not exceed $600, Artesia Pro is not required to issue a Form 1099-MISC to individual winners. 

  7. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received across both platforms, under the supervision of Artesia Pro. Winners will be notified via Direct Message (DM) on the platform they used to enter within five (5) business days following the drawing. 

  8. Requirements of Winners: If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim the prize within seventy-two (72) hours from the time the award notification was sent, or fails to provide a valid shipping address within the United States, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

  9. Release & Limitations of Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Artesia Pro, Virgin Musical Instrument Company Inc., Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, Facebook, Avid Technology, Inc. and any affiliates from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from participation in the Sweepstakes or the receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.
