Shipping Policy

Artesia Pro ships directly from our facility to customers throughout the contiguous United States. We are committed to getting your order to you safely and as quickly as possible.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, US territories, or international destinations at this time.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing and verification before shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. Delivery windows are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)
Shipping options and availability may vary depending on the size and weight of the product. Large items such as digital pianos and drum kits may require freight shipping and will be noted on the product page.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method selected, and the size and weight of the order. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be clearly noted on the product page or at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@artesia-pro.com.
Freight & Large Item Shipping
Certain products — including full-size digital pianos, grand pianos, and larger electronic drum kits — may ship via freight carrier. For freight shipments:
- Delivery is curbside unless otherwise specified
- A delivery appointment will typically be scheduled by the freight carrier
- Please inspect the packaging for damage before signing the delivery receipt
- Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please take the following steps:
- Note the damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@artesia-pro.com with your order number and photos
Artesia Pro will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including arranging a replacement or refund where applicable.
Delays & Exceptions
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, Artesia Pro is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier issues, weather events, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside our control. During peak periods such as holidays, additional processing time may be required.
