Refund & Return Policy

At Artesia Pro, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the original delivery date. To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Item is in its original, unused condition
- Item is in its original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and documentation
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided
How to Initiate a Return

Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions. Please do not ship items back without first obtaining an RMA number, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Artesia Pro is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please retain all original packaging materials, as they may be needed for carrier claims.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Items that have been used, modified, or show signs of wear
- Items missing original packaging, accessories, or documentation
- Digital downloads or software licenses
- Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
Warranty Claims
All Artesia Pro products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty. Warranty claims are handled separately from our return policy. For warranty service, please contact support@artesia-pro.com with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
